partition ( compromise)
Good day to all. this query is related to a partition suit where the matter was settled in a compromise . During the compromise none of the actual petioers were aware that one of the parts of land awarded as compromise was sold by one of the family members of the partition itself. once the compromise deed was registered we came to know one of our share holders has sold a part of the property offered in compromise. Now this matter has come to attention that the said share is being pushed to a another person who is not aware of it... since I don't want to be the whistle blower but with present digital era the truth will come out eventually. my question is can the respondents then file a challenge on compromise ? incase we sell our share based on present scenario what happen should the compromise be revoked at all !! kindly please assistAnswer Not Available
