What Legal action can be taken against a girl who assaulted me  

I had a debate where boy had previously pulled my hair and twisted my hands and tried to slap me and for that reasons after some days when I saw him I slapped him...nd out of nowhere a girl who is supposed to be his affair with whom he was cheating on me... pulled my hair and in this context and debate girl was not involved not even verbally I talked anything to her.. whatever conversation was going it was with boy...but she pulled my hair and dragged me ...nd I was I'll at that time so I wasn't able to even defend myself...but now I want to take action against the girl because she wasn't even involved in all these but she came and pulled my hair.. because of which I have been very much disturbed and been seeking phycological help... I'm a 20 yr old female student so I want to know if I can take any action against that girl..and file a FIR for pulling my hair
