Regarding EWS certificate 

I live in a house that exceeds the 100 sqyards limit ( for notified municipality)under the EWS criteria. However the house is in my LATE grandfather's name and NOT in my father's name. My father has a sibling. So for the purpose of EWS certificate will I be eligible for it as neither me nor anyone in my family directly own any house or property?
