After receiving termination letter, company is not paying FNF and is asking to visit office, after visiting office, asking me to write a mail justifying certain allegations raised by their end., which was supposed to be questioned during employment tenure. Now just to harass and not provide pending FNF all these issues are being created. Kindly provide solution.
Donot succumb to the pressure of the company and donot admit any false allegation. You should consult a lawyer and get issued legal notice to the company claiming your dues and if company does not comply with the legal notice and if company donot clear your dues then file suit for recovery and damages against the company.

You will have to give an application in the Labor Court. Without any notice or for FNP pay

Please go through your employment contract, and as per termination policy/procedure agreed, company should pay the FNF. You may send a letter stating the same to your hiring authorities and copied to CEO. or you may also take a legal consultation and have legal notice sent for the same. Feel free to reach out to us.
