Hi Team,
I bought a second hand car from a dealer after taking it I took it to a service center for service and noticed that the engined has a missing or a part of the engine broken which is very important for it to run . When I had a check with the dealer he said they cannot do anything as it is a second hand car and now it is costing me around 60k for repairing it . Is there anything which can be done to go against the the dealer who sold it saying car is good and doesn't have any damage . I am just looking for some compensation to fix the broken part or they can fix and give me the car back .
You need to send a Legal Notice to the dealer asking him to comply with the Waranty. If the dealer does not yield to your Notice you may approach the District Consumer Forum for a redressal.

You send 1 legal notice as a consumer and that dealer made defficiency in his service and after 15 days of notice if they didnt reply the same thereafter you may go to the Consumer for your losses.
