Dear Sir,
A case of tenant eviction had been transferred to Additional District Judge Court after dismissal in favor of tenant from Lower Court Jr Div in 2022 since then pending Additional District Court.
During the pendency of the case 2022 – 2025 the tenant had violated several Tenancy laws which are strong ground for his eviction.
Can a separate case for tenant eviction based on these new grounds that had developed be lodged now in Lower Court Jr Div?
If not can the new grounds be merged in the present appeal in Additional District Judge Court?
