Hello. I gave my propety on a 3 year Agreement to a Home Dealer, who inturn can sublet my flat. If they default on the rent for 2 continuous months, the agreement can be called off. However, the company is neither paying the rent nor responding to my calls or Emails to formally terminate the Agreement. The deposit is also exhausting by April 2025. How do I exercise my rights to get back my property? Can i just pay the remaining balance of the deposit and call-off the agreement via Email?
