Self rectification for change the age
My father gifted the house to me using gift deed, there my age wrongly mentioned, and my father is passed away. Can I do self rectification deed?

Dear Sir, If your father has other legal heirs like your mother or siblings, they can stand in his place and execute a Rectification Deed with you to correct the age error.
