The Rajasthan High Court had directed Baba Ramdev to appear in person before the Investigating Officer for interrogation on 05.10.2023 at 11.30 am. The petitioner was further directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called by him for interrogation. The Public Prosecutor was directed to keep the case diary available for the Court’s perusal on the next date of hearing. However the interim order dated 13.04.2023 was to remain in force till the next date of hearing.
