The Orissa High Court ordered the husband of the Petitioner Wife to pay the entire arrears of maintenance to the wife on a submission made by the counsel of the Respondent Husband that no maintenance under section 125 Cr PC had been paid ever since the same was ordered by the Family Court.
The Petitioner Wife had approached the High Court impugning the order by the Family Court which had ordered the Opposite party to pay the maintenance from the date of the order and not from the date of the Application.
