of Rule 115 of the Central Motor Vehicle Rules to read that no motor vehicle conforming to the emission standard
Bharat Stage IV shall be sold or registered in the entire country with effect from 01.04.2020. That in fact there is more than sufficient time for the manufacturers to manufacture BS VI compliant vehicles.
