41. Powers may be cancelled.

  1.  The Provincial Government may withdraw all or any of the powers conferred under this Code on any person by it or by any officer subordinate to it; ('provided that, in the case of Judicial Magistrate, the withdrawal of such persons shall not be made except on the recommendation of the High Court.']


(2) Any powers conferred by the District Magistrate may be withdrawn by the District Magistrate.
